• Updating the Australian Taxation Office’s SMSF member and trustee register.
• Updating Australian Securities and Investment Commission’s Company register, where we are the Registered Agent for your Trustee Company.
• Recording any changes to your Investment Strategy and providing relevant Minutes.
• Preparation of any Minutes as required.
• Applying for GST Registration, where required.
• Updates to Fund Structure (e.g. adding new members, changing from individual to corporate trustee, etc) – extra costs may apply.
